As an Event Team Lead in the Mobile area, you’ll play a vital role in driving our mission forward. You will lead a team of event crew members, ensuring the smooth execution of events that raise awareness and generate support for meaningful causes. If you're passionate about making a positive impact and excel in managing event logistics and people, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of event crew members, offering guidance, encouragement, and direction throughout the duration of each event.
  • Oversee the preparation, execution, and dismantling of charity event spaces, ensuring that all materials are appropriately organized and utilized.
  • Assist and direct your team in promoting our charity’s initiatives, engaging with event attendees, and generating interest in our mission.
  • Proactively identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during events, adapting to dynamic situations to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to create a structured and inviting atmosphere for the event while achieving the event's objectives.
  • Manage the timely delivery and collection of event materials and personnel, ensuring all logistical elements are handled efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a leadership role, particularly in events or customer-facing environments.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage event logistics and quickly adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of people in a positive and professional manner.
  • Physical ability to lead event setup and breakdown, stand for extended periods, and lift/carry event materials as needed.
  • A passion for charitable work and making a difference in the community.
