Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and interest levels.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations, tailored to address specific customer concerns.
  • Clearly explain how our products or services meet customers' needs.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of client offerings to support sales initiatives.
  • Submit daily or weekly progress reports to the sales manager.
  • Participate in regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Provide accurate, persuasive information to overcome objections and drive positive outcomes.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to company values in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and confident in presenting and closing sales.
  • Resilience to handle objections and rejections effectively.
  • Basic math skills for pricing and calculations.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Physical stamina for walking and standing for long periods.
